Rose is well known for her character Lorrell Robinson in Dreamgirls. Anika Noni (born June 6 7th, 1972) is a famous singer and American actress. Her most notable role is in the role of Tiana the Disney's first African American princess in The Princess and the Frog (2009). In 2011, she was named as a Disney Legend. She's also well-known for her performances as Lorrell in Dreamgirls which was an Academy Award winning film (2006) and LaVerne in Starz's Power.
